Terms & Conditions

Conditions of Sale

Unless otherwise agreed all sales made by Ningbo Manufacturing are made on the following conditions:

  • All goods are subject to availability.
  • Goods are shipped upon receipt of cleared funds.
  • All goods remain the property of Ningbo Manufacturing until payment has been made in full.
  • We reserve the right to enter the customer's premises to repossess any unpaid items.

Prices & Payment

Ningbo Manufacturing reserves the right to change advertised prices at any time, although quotations are valid for 1 month. If Ningbo Manufacturing agrees to issue an invoice, the invoice is due on the invoice date. Delivery dates are given in good faith but are not the subject of any warranty or condition. Carriage and packing charges are made to the customer at cost to Ningbo Manufacturing. Ningbo Manufacturing does not accept liability for loss or damage to goods while in transit to the customer. Ningbo Manufacturing will not be held responsible for loss of monies due to late delivery of goods. All delivery dates can change due to weather conditions for imported items, although our suppliers are generally very acurate with delivery times. Ningbo Manufacturing reserves the right to decline credit facilities or alter terms of payment.

Payment can be made to Ningbo Manufacturing via BACS (LLOYDS TSB, WHITCHURCH BRANCH;  SORT CODE 30-99-58, ACCOUNT NUMBER 13820068), by cheque payable to "Ningbo Manufacturing" or debit card.

We will charge 2% for Credit Cards.

Delivery via courier

When your order arrives, could you please check the contents before signing, as strange things can happen to parcels in between us and you! Problems are easily sorted if they’re spotted before the carrier has a signature!
