Unless otherwise agreed all sales made by Ningbo Manufacturing Ltd are made on these conditions: All goods are subject to availability. All goods remain the property of Ningbo Manufacturing Ltd until payment has been made in full. We reserve the right to enter the customer's premises to repossess any unpaid items.
Prices & Payment.
Ningbo Manufacturing Ltd reserves the right to change advertised prices at any time. If Ningbo Manufacturing Ltd agrees to issue an invoice, you must pay within 30 days of the invoice date. Delivery dates are given in good faith but are not the subject of any warranty or condition. Carriage charges are made to the customer at cost to Ningbo Manufacturing Ltd. Ningbo Manufacturing Ltd does not accept liability for loss or damage to goods while in transit to the customer. Ningbo Manufacturing Ltd will not be held responsible for loss of monies due to late delivery of goods, all delivery dates can change due to weather conditions for imported items. Ningbo Manufacturing Ltd reserves the right to decline credit terms.
