Do you have a Price List?

Yes we do, you can view our price list here.

Can I collect my purchase?

We are very happy for you to collect in person, or to send in your own courier or haulier for a customer collection. Just advise our sales staff of the date you wish to do this and the method of transport, and we will either load by hand into your vehicle, or pack and pallet as advised by you.

Can I pay securely online?

Yes, we use SagePay for our online transactions. You can pay securely via the website.

Can I see the items on your site in real life?

Of course, we welcome visitors to our two sites. If you would like to come and see the operation, or the stock, please just give us a ring to let us know approximate times as we may have to move staff if we are offloading containers.

Delivery - What different delivery services do you offer?

Yes we offer next day delivery for orders placed by 12.30pm, although we can often accommodate orders later than this for next day. Please ring if it is urgent. All small orders go out on a “next day” courier service as a standard.
Larger, palletised orders can have a next day service at a premium of around £10 per pallet, but the standard is 48 hours, for orders placed by 3pm.

We can do same day, special and “timed” deliveries if it is urgent or the delivery timing is critical. Please advise and discuss your requirements and we will do our upmost to help, but these services attract an additional charge.

We honestly pride ourselves on our customer services, and as part of this we use the most reliable transport methods we can find. Larger, palletised orders via “Palletline” single items via “TNT”.

We have used cheaper hauliers, but our items are generally bulky and awkward and we have not been happy with the reliability at the cheap end of the transport market.

Our partners deliver when they say they will deliver, and we believe that is worth the minimal extra cost.

Do you offer wholesale accounts?

We don’t offer wholesale accounts.

Do you hold stock in the UK?

Yes, we try and hold a huge stock of tables and chairs. We have two sites on the English/Welsh border close to Wrexham, totalling @ 3,000 sq ft of office space plus 33,000 sq ft of warehouse space, fully racked and equipped.

Do you offer monthly accounts?

Yes we can offer accounts, they are subject to credit checks and an insurance check by Lloyds Commercial Finance who factor our accounts.

We usually offer 30 days terms, but this can be extended to 60 days in some circumstances. This is a regular route for the Government, Police, Army, Navy etc. and for Councils, Schools, Hospitals and Universities for example.

Please speak to the sales staff who will tell you what information they need. Generally it is just the name of the business, company registration and the registered address initially.

You have to be a trading business to get an account. It is not possible for private buyers, unfortunately. This can be done for a one of purchase as long as it is over £500.

It does not have to be for multiple or regular buyers only.

Do you offer Next Day Delivery?

Yes, we have 24hr, 48hr and 72hr delivery options.

Do you offer other fabric choices?

Yes we specialise in stocking volumes of our stock items.

If you want specific fabrics, or colours we do regularly supply customised items but due to the long lead-times that specials require, we usually suggest you allow 2 clear months to receive your specials (possibly more over extended holiday periods such as Christmas and New Year).

If items are out of stock, can I reserve items from the incoming deliveries?

Yes. If the items are out of stock, you can reserve from the incoming loads.

We generally have two incoming deliveries each week. The sales staff can advise you on specific dates for specific items, and it could easily only be a few days before items are back in stock. If you do not want to, or cannot wait at all and if no alternative product will be acceptable, you will have the choice of a full refund if you have bought your items online.

Our site will show stock levels after the end of February 2013, so you will see for yourselves when stock is due in if it is currently out of stock. Our dates are very specific because the ships have docking dates which they hit 98% of the time except in exceptional bad weather.

We use mainly DHL for our import shipping who are fantastically reliable.

What are your opening hours?

The warehouses are open between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. We can open outside these hours by arrangement.

The sales and admin offices are open between 8.30am and 5.30pm again Monday to Friday. You can buy online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
