Order Delivery Information
Deliveries are performed on a Rigid Truck, using a Pallet Network. Please ensure that your delivery address can accommodate this sized vehicle.
Your outdoor product order will arrive in one of our bulk bags, placed on a wooden pallet
The driver will use a Pump Truck to manoeuvre the pallet to the ground, using a tail lift platform
Standard delivery is a Kerbside delivery only, meaning the driver will pump truck your goods as close to your property as possible. A hard flat surface is required to use the pump truck, meaning; grass, gravel or inclined surfaces are prohibitive to a delivery outcome.
Delivery is performed Mon-Fri / 0830-1730 as standard. Saturday Delivery is optional for an additional fee, please call to arrange. Orders placed after 14:30 on a Friday cannot qualify for Saturday delivery.
You can opt to ‘Leave My Order Safe’ at point of checkout, meaning you don’t have to be home to sign for the goods. This is beholden to your property being suitable to leave your order safely, for example on a driveway. Your order cannot be left safe on a public pathway without a signature.

If your delivery is made and you’re not home, or the order cannot be left safe - you will be liable for re-delivery that is typically re-routed the following working day, subject to access and likelihood of delivery outcome.
Unlike the original delivery charges that are subsidised by Ningbo Online, re-delivery and return charges will be charged at full delivery rates which are issued to Ningbo Online by the Third Party Transport company. Refusing a delivery for any other reason than damage will result in Delivery/Return Charges, it is the customers responsibility to discuss returns prior to refusing deliveries by calling us on 01978788622.
